WOD: 6-19-12

Strength: Max Pull Ups in three attempts.

WOD: For time:

40 Air Squats
21 Push Jerks (135/95)
40 Air Squats
15 Push Jerks (135/95)
40 Air Squats
9 Push Jerks (135/95)

This workout is to be done Tabata style. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest all the way through.


Let’s talk photo contest!  I have already received some reasonably good pics for the contest, but please keep them coming.  As they come along I will be putting them up on the site.  For the purposes of this contest, the deadline will be the last day of June.  The top three photos will face off on at the end and your votes will decide who wins the “Galactic-CrossFit-Photo-Master-WOD-Designer” title.  Here are the remainder of the rules:

  • If you don’t want your mom to see it, don’t send it.  Send those to josh@reebokcrossfitbackbay.com (hehehehe)
  • They have to reflect what you have learnt or how you have benefited from CrossFit
  • Please no pictures of you doing CrossFit things in dangerous ways (Handstand on a bridge…)
  • Please use proper lighting.  Dark pictures aren’t really going to work out
  • Get your whole body in the picture, just your ankles is not bueno
  • The more the merrier

Oh by the way, this workout is going to be super hard,
